Well I am just trying to annoy my family this morning but it is having the opposite effect..
Annnnnny way . I just finished my first 3 month stint of Body Beast, and it was great!!
What did I like about it?
First of all the routine is easy to follow and Sagi explains things so even I could understand them.
Second I gained huge mass, for me that’s always been trouble. Because of my Endomorph body I gain fat by looking at food. If you have this body type then don’t worry you will like these results.
Third of all the workouts where not that long. I get up around 4:30 to do my routines and I was able to get it all done within 45 min even with some extra stretching.
What I didn’t like about it:
Well not much, but the only thing that was trouble was the ability to change weights in time to keep up with the guys on the video. I highly recommend you get a quick change weight system like that in the video.
As you can see from my photo , I really didn’t get much bigger than the second month but I did start to cut my crabs and noticed more definition. Even though I am technically done with the program I feel I need to keep up with the cutting until I get through some of the fat on my gut.
Overall this program is fun and awesome, and I recommend you read my blog about what you need to succeed with body beast in order to get the most out of this program.
