Hammer Power time with Sagi!
Hitting the power lifting scene with a passion for success!!!! Well almost. I loved this workout, although it was not the toughest it was a great 40min of lifting.
Clean and press, just like my pants , but with weights. This workout was fun and challenging , you start with light weights and finish with heavy. Picking 15 lbs for light and 30 for heavy. I highly recommend you use the Energize formula before to maximize your experience.
I found my heart rate not to go to far above 105. This was a true fat burner workout. Have fun and be safe.
